The Deco Bird window was designed around the central pressed glass bird image. The bird was the central part of a glass serving tray with handles, a side lip, and bottom feet. The bird was harvested and shaped to fit in the window. The areas around the bird are 3 layers thick and the rest of the glass in the window are handblown, glass jewels, and dichroic sparklite glass.
