The Mason's Patent window was created from canning jars that have been cut and flattened in the kiln at 1200 degrees. The center piece was cut from a commemorative jar celebrating Masons Patent. The jar pieces are bordered by hand blown glass with colors reminiscent of vegetables and fruits that might be preserved. The window is set in a dark stained white oak frame.
